A Tarot Party is any gathering of 5 to 100. The way readings are done are varied depending on the number of participants. Pricing for Tarot Parties is $450 for a minimum of 3 hours, $100 each additional hour. I also have a travel fee of $50 for every 25 miles of travel, increasing as distance does. Events like this can be done a few ways, either by setting a time per querent, which is the preferred method in smaller settings, or a series of small mini readings (smaller in duration than traditional mini readings) in quick succession with 2 - 3 or even up to 5 sitters at a time, recommended for larger groups. How much time do you think you'll need? Determine the number of participants and multiply by the duration you'd like your reading to be, this will give you your total time in minutes. Divide by 60 and that will give your the hour duration needed. Expect 5 minutes for each participant to come and go from the reading. Do you anticipate anyone going over this time with questions? You may decide that you need an additional hour added. Example 1: you have 7 participants, including yourself, each wanting a 20 minute reading. 7x20=140 (expected duration). 7x5=35 (coming and going). 140+35=175 (duration needed). 175/60= 3 hours needed (round up to next hour as partial hours are not available). Example 2: you have a party of 75 and want to add Tarot as a feature but you don't expect everyone will want a reading, you will need a minimum of 4 hours to get the majority of your party read in a setting of 3 sitting at a time, each participant will have 3-5 cards read. To include all 75, 5 hours are needed. Availability may extend past times listed. Please choose the time and date from our booking calendar that best fits your request. Amendments to the date and time will be made upon approval, to reflect your party date and time listed on the Tarot Party Booking Request, and an invoice will be issued. If your party request is denied, you'll be issued an email stating that there is a conflict with the existing schedule offering alternative options if available. Tarot Parties are great for any event or season, from a gathering of friends, to birthday parties, to employee appreciation events, or even weddings. Overages can not always happen. It's not always available, as there may be other appointments or bookings after your party. Please plan accordingly.
