Q.
I can't find your office. Where are you located?
A.
My office is located at 63 Eddie Dowling Highway, Suite 7, North Smithfield, RI 02896. The suite is shared with Trust The Process.
We are located on 146A, in Park Square, North Smithfield. This is the same building as Citizens Bank, on the lower level, in the back of the building. There's plenty of parking in the back. Use the entrance marked "Entrance C". Follow the hall around the corner to the left and it's the first door on the left. Have a seat there. I'll either be finishing an appointment or or returning calls, so please be patient and I'll be right with you. I do not have a doorbell, the doorbell there is for Trust the Process.

Why does my call go to voice-mail?
A.
If your call is going to voice-mail, I'm either with a client, or I'm out of the office. I'm either in a Reading, Session, class, or it's before/after business hours. At times, I may be out of the office doing a Spirit Walk Through or Property Cleanse. Respectfully, I do not typically answer the phone if I'm with a client.

Do you take walk-in's at your office?
A.
Currently, I do not take walk-ins at my office. It is something I'm hoping to be able to do soon, however, I'm only taking appointments at this time.

How do I enter my eGift card for payment?
A.
From your shopping cart, click through to enter your information and continue to click "Checkout", the next screen is Customer Details, click "Continue". The next screen is Billing Address, enter those details and click the checkboxes for Terms and conditions and communications. Below that, you'll see the service you're placing the order for. There is a place to enter a Promo Code. This is where you'll enter your eGift Card number. It will reflect in the balance owed. If your eGift card isn't for the full price of the service, you'll need to include your billing information to cover the difference. If the eGift card is for more than your service, it will retain the balance of the difference. Once you see your balance reflect your eGift card amount, click "Place order & Pay".

How do I know what reading to book?
A.
If you are looking for a reading for something specific, choose the Tarot Reading (1 hour; 1 hour 30 minute or 2 hour). Choose longer than what you may think you need. Please be mindful of time and choose a fitting time frame for your appointment. A follow up appointment may be necessary to cover anything that couldn't fit into your appointment.

Is this your first Reading? Do you feel anxious? Two hours or an Hour and a Half is going to fit better as there are usually more questions, and this gives time to address them.
​
Only need a bit of guidance to clarify what you are feeling? An Hour will work best here.
​
The other readings are Specialty Readings (ex: The Year Ahead, Shadow Reading, Past Life Reading) which look into those specific topics. The Year Ahead, for example, gives a look into your next 12 months on the whole, with no deviation on the topic. Shadow Readings are to bring the darker part of yourself to the light & Past Life Readings look into the past life that is currently affecting your life.

Why are Readings so expensive?
A.
The cost of Psychic Readings is based on the years of experience of the Reader. I've been Reading over 25 years .
Here's the average break down, nation wide, of independent Readers for an hour long reading (not at metaphysical shops). 25+ years $160 - $200; 20 - 24 years - $120 - $150; 10 - 19 years - $80 - $100; 5 - 9 years - $30 - $50 and Under 5 years $15 - $30 for hourly rates. Now to pay attention to where your Reader is reading from. Do they have an office or store front of their own? That gets factored into price, as well as other business expenses, that can tip to the higher end of the scale. See our blog for more on this.

How far out can I book a reading or a class?
A.
You can book up to three months from the current date, for all bookings, readings, classes, or consultations at The Crescent Moon Tarot, or offered from our online services.

Q.
My friend and I want to get readings together, or at least sit in on each other's reading. Do you do that?
A.
The only two person reading offered is our Couple's Reading, which is a romance reading between the two parties. If you and your friend would like to sit in on each other's readings, you would each need to book a reading, back to back, and in the Booking Form, request that your friend remain in your reading before/after theirs. This releases the agreed upon confidentially agreement that must be agreed to at time of booking.

Can I split my appointment with a friend or several friends?
​
A.
After many attempts at splitting appointments on request, I must sadly decline. There is always one person who feels that they didn't get as much as someone else. As I try my best, I can't help what comes through in Readings. For this reason, my Readings are set up as one on one and that's how they are booked. If you would like to have someone sit in on your reading they may do so before or after their own scheduled appointment. Just add their name and appointment time to your booking form. By doing so, this nullifies the Confidentiality Agreement.

Why can't I book an appointment?
A.
If you are trying to book an appointment for the same day, I may be fully booked. There are also some days that I may be out of the office and therefore unavailable for booking at the office. All appointments are based on availability, so the time and day you're trying to book may already be reserved. If the day has been grayed out, we are either filly booked or closed that day.

How will I know what type of Reading to book?
A.
If you've never had a Reading before, you'll want to book an hour at least, because you'll have questions, so 1 hour 30 minutes or 2 hours will be ideal. If you have had a Reading in the past and are just looking for some direction, a 1 hour Reading will do.

What is a Mentorship Program?

A.
A friend of mine once asked me to mentor her. A few months later, another friend asked me to mentor her. After that, a few clients had requested it. I've been on my Spiritual journey for well over 20 years now. I have gained knowledge and experience that would be beneficial to share. As I was thinking of what classes to offer next, inspiration struck. A mentoring program. Or, three, as the case may be. These are now offered under Mentorship Programs from the main menu. They are three different durations and therefore three different costs. These are intense programs for those wanting to learn all they can on their Spiritual journey. It's designed for those taking their journey seriously that are willing to put for the time and effort into their learning process.

Why do I still need to wear a mask in my appointment if I'm vaccinated?

A.
I have been lenient on the mask issue, however, if you are feeling unwell, have a cough, etc., then yes, a mask is necessary or your appointment will be rescheduled with a rescheduling fee charged.

How do I go about booking a Tarot Party?
​
A.
When booking a Tarot Party, there are a few things you'll need to know right away. When are you looking to have it, where, and how many people? Tarot Parties are booked out a minimum of three weeks away, no sooner, and no more than three months away. You'll need to know a date and time, as well as two backup dates and times. Availability plays a factor for this, so flexibility is important, as I'm only one person. Where will your party be held? A Tarot Party needs room to gather and a separate area for Readings, so your space must accommodate this. Once that's all thought out, next is a headcount. When you have an idea for how many will be attending, an estimate of time can be given. Once your Tarot Party has been submitted and dates and times are accepted, you'll receive an invoice. The paid invoice confirms your Tarot Party.

Where else are you Reading?

Currently, I'm featured at The Vanderbilt Hotel Resort and Spa in Newport, RI twice a month. I'll be offering tea leaf readings with a mini oracle reading, as a service called The Art of Tasseomancy and I also offer Tarot readings and group events. What is Betterment Hypnosis?

Hypnosis is a heightened state of relaxation, where the client is receptive to verbiage and images from the hypnotist. Betterment Hypnosis is designed to help you get on the path to your personal betterment. If you're struggling with something, be it weight loss due to a non-medical issue, sobriety, quitting smoking, other addictions, focusing on the bigger picture or something else, hypnosis can help you get on track. Please be aware, it can take more than one session to see results.

What is the difference between a Past Life Reading and a Past Life Regression?

A Past Life Reading is a Tarot Reading that looks into one previous past life that you have lived, that is affecting your current life now. Past Life Regression brings you under hypnosis to remember vivid details about one or more past lives. Depending on the individual, you may look into a few different past lives.

What is Spiritual Coaching and Tarot Coaching and why would I need it?
​
A.
Spiritual Coaching and Tarot Coaching are programs designed to help you reach your best self. Life throws obstacles at us. Sometimes we can maneuver around these obstacles, sometimes, they're more problematic than we'd like. What Spiritual and Tarot Coaching do, is to help you see your way around the obstacles in your way, to get you onto the path to your best self and purpose.

The difference between the two are the design of the programs. Spiritual Coaching uses conversation, journaling and Tarot or Oracle cards to assist you in looking at your life from an outside perspective. You'll look at all areas of your life and see how they all affect each other and you. Tarot Coaching looks into life areas as opposed to the whole, and prioritizes two to three specific areas to focus on.

The other difference is the duration that these programs run. Spiritual Coaching runs from 8 to 12 sessions, no further than 1 month apart, Tarot Coaching runs for a shorter duration, as it's only looking into a few life areas, so it runs for 5 to 6 sessions, no farther than 2 weeks apart.
